#MiracleChallenge : Week – 3
Challenge No : 2
A a Poetry using below two writing prompts-
This is my third #MiracleChallenge entry for this week. Hope you all like my poem 🙂
Making a DECISION to be alone
She ran away from her home..
With tiredness and hunger
She stopped and wonder..
Spending her night
Inside a filthy empty tent..
Leaving her mind awake
She let her body to take a break..
Roaches and caterpillar
Made an entry along with their master..
Gazing upon a sleeping beauty
He touched her ungentlemanly..
With her body being unconscious
Mind struggled with her sense..
Raising the thirst
He tore her enjoying the heat..
She laid immobile like a Half Burning Candle
And he left her alive only to breathe..!
I wrote this poem from the point of view of a girl who runs away from her home. This is life outside home, most of the times. The message is Safety begins at home. No matter where you go alone or leaving your home, you will be seen as a stranger or an object.
Thank you reading. Hope you like it. Your comments are most appreciable 😀
